Sole 3 Technology Insoles relieve and cushion arch discomfort, control odour & moisture and can be customised for your own needs.

Sole 3 Technology Insoles are made with vulcanized latex anti-impact foam with activated carbon, and an anti-bacterial and anti-fungal cotton top, and are designed for sports, casual and work footwear.

Directions:

1. Insert into shoe cotton side up.
2. For a perfect fit trim to size by cutting along the toe section.
3. For optimum comfort do not cut too small.
4. Remove old insole before replacing with new one.
5. Insole should be removed every 2-3 months for hygienic purposes.
6. Remove insole from shoe after use to dry and freshen.
7. Don’t leave insoles in direct sunlight.
